An established engineering, environmental, and project delivery organization is expanding its industrial EPC capabilities across the Western United States and is seeking an experienced Industrial EPC Project Manager to help lead that growth.
This opportunity offers a unique chance to join the organization during the early stages of a regional expansion initiative. The successful candidate will help deliver active industrial construction and environmental infrastructure projects while helping establish long-term project delivery capabilities throughout the Western U.S.
This is not a traditional consulting PM position.
We are looking for a project leader who has owned project financial performance, managed subcontractors, negotiated contracts, controlled risk, and successfully delivered industrial construction projects from initial planning through execution.
What You'll Be Doing
As the Project Manager, you will serve as the commercial and delivery leader for assigned projects.
Responsibilities include:
Managing project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall financial performance
Leading industrial EPC construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout
Managing subcontractors, vendors, procurement activities, and field partners
Negotiating contracts, change orders, and project modifications
Identifying and mitigating commercial, contractual, and operational risks
Leading client communications and project meetings
Partnering closely with Construction Managers and engineering teams
Supporting business development and future project pursuits throughout the Western U.S.
Utilizing project controls and construction management software to monitor execution and performance
What We're Looking ForRequired Experience
10+ years of Project Management experience supporting industrial construction or EPC projects
Experience owning project financials from forecast to closeout
Contract administration experience
Subcontractor management experience
Procurement and vendor management experience
Change order management experience
Cost control and forecasting experience
Client-facing leadership experience
Experience managing industrial projects valued between approximately $1M-$10M+
Strongly Preferred Backgrounds

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Garden Grove, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.00 - $86.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
